Inside this fabric, there are thousands of polyester threads connecting the top and bottom layers. When you inflate it, the fabric becomes stiff and flat - like a solid board, not a bouncy tube.

A: Spacer height determines how thick the fabric gets when inflated. 5cm is for yoga mats. 30cm is for large platforms or special uses. Taller spacer = more bending stiffness.
Q: How much air pressure can it hold?
A: Depends on fabric thickness and spacer density. Standard can handle 12-18 PSI. Tell us your application and we'll recommend.
Q: What's your MOQ?
A: Usually one roll. For custom colors or special specs, MOQ may be higher. Just ask.
Q: Can you customize width and color?
A: Yes. Width, color, spacer height - all customizable.
Q: How is this different from regular PVC tarpaulin?
A: Regular tarp has no drop stitch inside. Inflate it and you get a round tube. Drop stitch fabric inflates into a flat, stiff board.
