If you've ever ordered a tarpaulin, you know the worry.

Will the corners get damaged during shipping?
Will the fabric get scratched or scuffed?

Honestly, that's the #1 question we get. So today, I want to walk you through exactly how we handle this – step by step.

First, we make the corners strong.

We use galvanized steel triangle brackets. Reinforced edge guards too. And we don't just slap them on – we use machines to drive the screws in tight. Clean finish. Solid hold. No wobbling.

The result? Even if you're pulling hard or dealing with wind, those corners stay put.

Now here's the part people really worry about.

Once the brackets are on, they're hard. And sharpish. So during shipping, if they rub against the main fabric – yeah, that could leave marks. Scratches. White scuffs. Not pretty.

We knew that had to be fixed.

So we wrap them. Literally.

Before folding the whole tarp, we take an extra piece of the same fabric material. Then we wrap each of those four corner guards individually – like little socks. Soft layer between the hard bracket and the tarp body.
