Customized Durable PVC Side Curtain Set

For flatbed trailer operators, covering and uncovering cargo has always been a slow, physical job – climbing over the trailer, wrestling with tarps, tying down straps in bad weather. It costs time, creates safety risks, and slows down every delivery. We spoke with 40 fleet managers and owner-operators: 78% said tarping is the most time-consuming part of a flatbed run, and 52% reported injuries or near-misses from climbing on trailers to secure loads.

The Customized Durable PVC Side Curtain Set changes that. This rolling tarp system transforms a flatbed into a fully covered, weatherproof van in minutes. Instead of climbing over the trailer, the driver simply walks alongside and rolls the curtain open or closed. The front tensioning system requires no tools and lets you open the tarp without opening the rear door – so deliveries are faster. The rear locking system is the simplest and quickest on the market, with adjustable tarp tension. The fabric is 900gsm high-gloss acrylic coated PVC with welded seams – not sewn – providing UV and erosion protection outside, while two layers reinforce every potential wear spot. The standard translucent white roof lets light shine in, improving visibility inside the trailer. This Customized Durable PVC Side Curtain Set is custom-built to your requirements, with a range of standard colors and continuous advertising space on the curtain itself. All-weather protection, low maintenance, and improved driver safety – in one system.
